The Johnson Plan

$500 Up Front, and 1/2 of 1% At close

Sell A Home with Johnson Realty - Just because we're saving you money, DOESN'T mean we compromise on service. Unlike many discount brokers, we provide full-service representation from start to finish. Don't give up your hard earned equity to an agent...Johnson Realty sells St. Louis homes better, faster and saves you money!

For a one-time fee of $500, Johnson Realty will do the following:

Step 1: At Your Home

CMA, On-Site Analysis and MLS Listing Compilation

We begin by preparing a comparative market analysis (CMA); this will assist us in determining the price. We then will perform a complete on-site analysis and we will create the complete MLS listing right there at your property.

Step 2: At Our Office

Promote House for Sale

Once your listing agents returns to the office, they will post your pictures, record your talking sign, send you a copy of your listing so you can ensure its accuracy, and then submit your listing to several online resources. Since 85% of all buyer's use the internet to search for new homes, we make sure we blanket the internet with your home to make sure buyers can find you no matter where they are searching either locally or across the country.

Step 3: On the Market

Show Your House

Your house can be shown in three ways:

1. JOHNSON REALTY will show your house if a buyer calls.

2. YOU can show your house and/or do your own open houses or we can do them for a fee.

3. An OUTSIDE AGENT from another company will schedule your showing through the easy to use Showing Time app.

4. FEEDBACK AFTER A SHOWING We help you obtain feedback through the Showing Time app.

For 1/2 of 1% of the sale price at close, Johnson Realty will do the following:

Step 4: An Offer is Made

Negotiate Contracts and Process All Documents

We will skillfully negotiate the contract and inspection on your behalf, complete required disclosures, complete purchase and sale agreement documents and provide all the Board approved Realtor Documents. All you need to do is show up at the Title Company, sign your documents, and receive your check.
