Guidance on Holding Open Houses & Marketing Strategies

Open houses are typically conducted on Saturdays and/or Sundays. The idea is to let buyers preview your home in a no-pressure, non-scheduled manner. Open houses are currently only responsible for 1-2% of sold homes.  

We hold virtual open houses 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.  We will, however hold an open house for you for a fee.
